Our client, a distinguished and rapidly expanding early years provider, is seeking a sophisticated and dedicated Nursery Teacher for their flagship Dubai South location. This role is designed for a professional who views early education as a craft, combining pedagogical excellence with a high-touch, "concierge" approach to parent relations.

Operating within a state-of-the-art facility, you will lead a classroom environment that prioritizes the EYFS framework, ensuring that every child’s developmental journey is documented with precision and nurtured with care.

Key Responsibilities

Pedagogical Excellence: Orchestrate daily circle time, literacy sessions, and bespoke learning activities aligned with high-level EYFS standards.
Child Safeguarding & Compliance: Rigorously maintain safety standards through meticulous daily risk assessments and classroom checklists.
Digital Communication: Manage premium parent engagement through the nursery’s dedicated application, providing sophisticated daily updates and detailed weekly achievement portfolios.
Observation & Strategy: Execute comprehensive monthly and termly developmental assessments, translating observations into actionable learning plans for every child.
Classroom Leadership: Direct and mentor Teaching Assistants to ensure operational fluidity and a high standard of activity preparation.
Linguistic Skills: Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is essential for professional parent liaison and curriculum delivery.
Institutional Representation: Participate in high-profile nursery events, parent-teacher symposiums, and continuous professional development (CPD) sessions.

The Ideal Candidate

Educational Profile: A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is a mandatory requirement. CACHE Level 3/5 is highly advantageous.
Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience within a premium EYFS setting.
Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal) is essential for professional parent liaison.
Competencies: High emotional intelligence, digital proficiency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" approach to classroom aesthetics, cleanliness, and student documentation.
