Food Server Required in Dubai

We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused Steward (Waiter) for the Hotel at Bulgaria provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be attentive, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
Present menus, explain items, and suggest specials when required
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations
Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth operations
Process bills and handle payments accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Graduate or pursuing graduation (distance/online mode) in any field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Must be punctual, reliable, and disciplined
