As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional hospitality experiences and setting the tone for every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests professionally and warmly

• Manage reservations and guest flow efficiently

• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experience

• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain a premium hospitality atmosphere

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory)

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, café, or guest relations experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
