The role involves handling reservations, answering phone inquiries, and coordinating with the service team to prepare tables and support overall guest service. The Host/Hostess also provides information about menus and venue features, addresses guest requests, and maintains a professional, welcoming presence at the entrance and reception area.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor when engaging with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess reservations management skills, including organizing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating seating plans.
Candidates should possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
