Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Psychology Teacher. The teacher will deliver engaging and dynamic psychology lessons adhering to IBDP standards, plan and execute lesson plans, assess students' academic progress, and provide constructive feedback. The role also involves contributing to the school's inclusive and bilingual learning environment, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting overall student growth.

It can also be part of a full-time position that will be discussed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Psychology and knowledge of the IBDP curriculum.
Strong experience in Teaching and Education practices, with a passion for inspiring students.
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Expertise in Lesson Planning and instructional delivery tailored to diverse learners.
Flexible, empathetic, and committed to promoting cultural inclusion and bilingualism.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a relevant field. Certification in teaching or IBDP training is an advantage.
Previous experience teaching Psychology within an IBDP framework is strongly preferred.
