Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai
As a Junior Graphic Designer - Learning & Development, you will work across a variety of products, including both static and animated infographics, picture editing, video editing, animation, motion graphics and all the printing materials for our digital learning deliverables and support wider employee engagement efforts and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design learning deliverables for different purposes and channels, including videos and newsletters.
Design graphics, presentations, data reports, infographics, and animations, and be able to work on and manipulate digital photographs.
Video editing and animation for educational materials.
Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts for development.
Work with a range of media and keep up to date with emerging technologies.
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
Support other HR departments with the design aspects as required for employee engagement.
Take ownership of the designs, ensuring all content is consistent and within brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Visual ideation/creativity; typography; design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
Knowledge of colour theory/layout/Conversion Optimisation is a plus.
Strong collaborative skills.
