Job description:The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design and production of annual reports, sustainability and ESG reports, corporate profiles and other long-form corporate publications.
The role is primarily focused on layout design, typesetting and production, working within established design directions, visual systems and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for typography and detail, be comfortable working with large multi-page documents, and have the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy across a high volume of content.
You will work closely with senior designers and the wider Corporate Reporting team to develop, refine and deliver high-quality reports within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and production of annual reports and corporate publications
Create and refine page layouts, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency
Perform typesetting and maintain strong typographic standards throughout documents
Prepare master pages, styles, grids, and document structures in InDesign
Organize and structure content flow for large multi-page documents
Ensure brand alignment across all visual elements
Apply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders efficiently
Assist in preparing final artwork and files for print and digital delivery
Collaborate with the design team to maintain quality and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of typography, grids, and layout principles
Experience working with multi-page documents is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of print production processes is preferred
Bilingual proficiency, particularly in English and Arabic is preferred
