What You Will Do:

Welcome guests with a smile, helping them feel at ease from the very beginning.
Take orders and serve food and beverages with care and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
Respond politely to requests and questions, handling any issues in a professional manner.
Proactively support your manager, anticipating needs and contributing to the smooth running of the service.

Who You Are:

You are a curious person, guided by strong values.
You are eligible to work in Italy — EU passport, valid work permit, or another right to be legally employed in the country.
You have a strong knowledge of hospitality standards.
You are able to work well in a team and collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.
You show flexibility in your working hours, being available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
